Risk Management

As part of our risk management strategy, Mutuals have embarked on a three staged risk management project.

Stage One was the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 Certification to Quality Management Systems. This has given us the foundation of a strong systems approach to our business.

Stage Two was the achievement of ISO 14001: 2004 Certification to Environmental Management Systems. With this, Mutuals strives for continual improvement of environmental performance throughout the company and at your workplace.

Stage Three is the achievement of a full integrated management system, with the inclusion of compliance to AS 4801:2001 Safety Management Systems. This risk management approach is aligned to AS 4360: 2004 Risk Management.

We are on track to achieve our goal in 2009.
