Risk Management

AS part of our overall risk management strategy for both our company, your workplace and public safety, Mutuals have embarked on a two staged risk management project.

Our first stage was the achievement of ISO 9001: 2000 Certification to Quality Management Systems. This has given us the foundation of a strong systems approach to our business.

As the second stage, we are now integrating this achievement with the Australian Standard for Safety Systems, AS 4801 and also ISO 14001: Environmental Management. The risk management approach is aligned to the AS Standard for Risk Management AS 4360.

We are on track to achieve our goal in 2008/9.
